About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing boutique operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will inspire and motivate a talented team to achieve sales goals, build client relationships, and maintain an elevated store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized clienteling strategies.
Drive strong performance management, ensuring team members achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to develop and implement strategies that maximize boutique performance.
Maintain operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within the boutique.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values of elegance, sophistication, and artistry.
