Summary:
Energy Team, operatore italiano leader nel monitoraggio, controllo e gestione dei consumi energetici ricerca un QHSE Senior Specialist.La risorsa risponderà al QHSE Manager e dovrà garantire, il coordinamento delle attività legate ai sistemi di gestione Qualità, Ambiente, Salute & Sicurezza e delle altre certificazioni applicabili nonché dei requisiti legali HSEIl/la candidato/a deve avere una solida conoscenza della legislazione pertinente e un forte impegno a promuovere un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e sano.
Principali attività:
Gestire le attività legate ai sistemi qualità, salute e sicurezza, energia e ambiente Mantenere i rapporti con auditor ed enti certificatori.Definire piani e programmi di audit, coordinare gli audit interni ed esterni finalizzati al mantenimento delle certificazioni e svolgere audit periodici di sistema sui differenti asset aziendali per garantire l'efficacia dei sistemi e il rispetto dei requisiti legali.Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione necessaria al mantenimento in efficienza dei sistemi QHSE.Supportare le altre funzioni aziendali per l'implementazione dei processi operativi nell'ambito dei sistemi gestiti.Attuare e mantenere i piani d'azione riguardanti attività preventive e correttive.Supportare la funzione QHSE nella definizione di politica aziendale HSQE, linee guida, procedure, obiettivi e KPI.Gestire, monitorare e analizzare i dati sulle prestazioni HSQE.Promuovere e attuare piani di formazione HSQE.Requisiti richiesti:
Almeno cinque anni di esperienza nel settore QHSE aziendale, preferibilmente in realtà equivalenti.Pregressa esperienza nella gestione dei sistemi ISO 9001 - 14001 - 45001 e conoscenza di ISO 50001.Buona conoscenza della normativa HSQE italiana e degli standard internazionali.La qualifica di revisore interno ISO 9001, ISO 14001 o ISO 45001 sarà considerata titolo preferenziale.Titolo di studio in ingegneria della sicurezza o ingegneria ambientale sono considerati un plusBuone capacità organizzative e di comunicazione.Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di un team.Capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.Location:
