Descrizione del posto vacante
Il nostro cliente è azienda nazionale, leader in Italia e protagonista in Europa e nel mondo, nella progettazione e produzione di strutture brevettate per l'installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici, necessita di un responsabile qualità per migliorare ulteriormente i prodotti e i processi produttivi.
La figura dovrà quindi occuparsi di certificazione ISO 9001 (già attiva in azienda), e di altre certificazioni che si deciderà di prendere, come ad esempio sostenibilità o altro. Dovrà quindi seguire tutto il ciclo per ottenerle e mantenerle.
Dovrà inoltre occuparsi di verificare la qualità di produzione dei fornitori esterni per verificare che i prodotti siano conformi al progetto e siano coerenti.
Persona in grado di svolgere il lavoro, il nostro candidato ideale è accorto e preciso ma anche capace di ben relazionarsi con i suoi interlocutori così da poter seguire al meglio tutti i processi, interni ed esterni. Intelligente e con ottime doti comunicative, ha un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e proviene da un settore affine.
L'offerta prevede un contratto a tempo indeterminato basato sulle competenze del candidato, con un fisso più premi di produzione e benefit a cui si aggiunge una concreta possibilità di crescita in un'azienda in solida e in forte espansione. Sede di lavoro Reggio Emilia.
