Managing Quantity Surveyor - €95-110K + Benefits
NW Dublin
Required for medium-sized contractor undertaking projects in the Residential, Commercial, Data sector and Healthcare sectors
Typical projects will range from €5m-25m.
This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for progression into a Managing QS role.
You will oversee all commercial aspects of projects, whilst mentoring a small team, including procurement, contract management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management within a main contracting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS or CIOB are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimating software, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
