We are currently on the lookout for an Employment Advisor to join us at Get Set.As an Employment Advisor, you will manage a diverse caseload, helping clients overcome barriers to secure meaningful employment.
You will create personalised action plans, assist with CVs, and provide employer-led advice and guidance.
Your role involves assessing client needs, delivering high-quality services, and empowering individuals through targeted support.

Client Support:
Offer personalised advice and support to clients, helping them develop skills and secure employment.Case Management:
Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring each receives tailored guidance and support.Job Matching:
Identify suitable job opportunities and assist clients with applications.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, Job Centres, Housing Associations, and other stakeholders.Empathy:
Signpost customers to services that can help them overcome challenges related to drug, alcohol, housing, and finance concernsWorkshops and Training:
Understand and signpost to workshops and training sessions to enhance clients' employability skills.Mentorship:
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to clients.Data Management:
Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress for reporting and compliance.Compliance:
Ensure all processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.KPI Achievement:
Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client outcomes.Feedback & Improvement:
