Our client formed in 1999 are one of the largest independent enforcement agents in the country offering a local and nationwide service to Local Authorities clients as a growing organisation they are now looking for experienced Collection agents to join their team at their offices in Northampton What will you be doing?Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a busy Contact Centre Team, working to negotiate payments with debtors to clear and update the files as efficiently as possible, in accordance with agreed business targets.

Excellent Call Handling Skills with the ability to remain calm on the telephone, but establish a firm and confident telephone mannerExcellent track record of exceeding targetsMust be target drivenHighly organisedAble to work well under pressure and deal with calls of the nature of the businessTeam Player with the ability to work under their ownSound Decision-MakingFlexibility and Good Interpersonal Skills Technical Qualifications/Requirements (preferable but not essential)Experience in Enforcement CollectionsAn up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standardsKnowledge of Road Traffic and Council Tax DebtExcellent mathematical skillsMicrosoft office including Excel and PowerPoint What's on offer:
