• ABOUT YOU:
• To join us you will be an RN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
• You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
• You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
• You have experience and passion in training and guiding less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
• You work well within the team, leading, motivating and supporting co-workers, acting as a role model in delivering care upon best practice.
• You will have the right to work within the UK.
