• Salary:
£20,516.00 per annum - not pro-rata'd and inclusive of school holidays
• Contract:
Permanent, Term Time Only
• Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls agedfrom 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional andmental health needs.
We provide dedicated team work so that together we canensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with atroubled view of education and life.We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team at our newsite Park School, Shipton-under-Wychwood but may also involve some time at themain school site in Chipping Norton.

You will takeresponsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them todevelop as individuals and engage with the world.Supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs isimportant and rewarding work, and you will benefit from the tremendous supportoffered by our hugely experienced teams.
As you help our pupils and youngpeople achieve real and significant progress, you will enjoy having a direct,positive impact on their developing lives.

• You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, bothindoors and outside according to individual need.
Taking a responsive andcaring approach, you may be running classroom activities, leading outdoorexperiences or supervising pupils as they explore further afield.Our schools are built on great teamwork and mutual support.
