The MD Analytics will be primarily responsible for reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer for Analytics.
The successful candidate will be accountable for accelerating the development and execution of strategic global initiatives enabling differentiated outcomes for Aon.
The role requires the candidate to demonstrate an understanding of business needs, develop strong stakeholder and client relationships, and balance local with global requirements.
Working in collaboration with key stakeholders will be key to success.

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies.Participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.About YouYour knowledge and expertise:
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to determine and prioritize analytics strategies.Key member of the global working group focused on developing a Next Generation Event Response Platform.Responsibility for the successful development and deployment of an Industry Exposure Database.Provide support around Cat Modelling integration.Detailed understanding of catastrophe modelling and portfolio aggregation.Direct usage of vendor models (such as Impact Forecasting, RMS, and Verisk) is advantageous.Knowledge of market requirements around event response with a focus on both hazard and vulnerability.A commercial mind-set with the ability to balance strategic needs with delivering operational objectives.Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
