Your Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef youll:
Oversee all kitchen operations with a focus on the esteemed Chez Roux concept.
Design and deliver seasonal, innovative dishes that reflect a refined culinary vision.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a collaborative team of chefs, cultivating a dynamic and disciplined kitchen environment.
Monitor food costs and gross profits, ensuring every dish reflects the Langham's standard of quality and taste.

ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or comparable upscale dining environment.
A finger on the pulse of the latest food trends, with a keen understanding of the culinary business.
Creativity, vision, and versatility to drive excellence across multiple dining venues.
Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to team development.
Culinary qualifications and food safety certifications, supporting your high standards in kitchen operations.
