We are currently recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant, supportive mainstream secondary school in Merton, London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and work alongside passionate educators in a positive learning environment.
About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across a range of subjects and age groups. Your duties will include:
Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Helping with classroom management and student engagement
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable
Assisting with administrative tasks as requiredRequirements:
A recent graduate (any subject area)
Passion for education and supporting young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Prior experience in a school or tutoring is beneficial but not essentialWhy Join Us?
