You will enjoy interacting with people over the telephone and assisting in day-to-day admin duties.What will the apprentice be doing? Ensure the branch is opened and closed while maintaining detailed logs in accordance with company policyDemonstrate commitment by organising Health & Safety folders and records in strict adherence to our H&S PolicySupervise visitor and customer access, with a vigilant eye on security to prevent breachesEfficiently manage branch phone communications, providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and ensuring seamless call transfersProvide support in sending posts to case managersRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing helpful assistance and ensuring seamless call transfersEfficiently handle deliveries, oversee courier collections, and maintain organized booking records for our dynamic workspaceEffectively manage the branch\\\'s petty cash, issuing vouchers and travel cards to customers, and conducting weekly reconciliations for business manager approval, ensuring smooth financial operationsProactively procure stationery and necessary supplies, keeping our workspace fully equipped and efficientLiaise with the marketing team for ordering marketing and/or Course materialsHandle Work Wise phone line calls:
Take calls for the Work Wise line and ensure they are answered promptly within the defined timeframeResponse to emails needs to be monitored and actioned accordinglyCheck the eligibility of referrals and assign them to dedicated Employment Specialist advisors for further processingAccurately update all relevant information in the systemPossess basic IT skills to navigate through systems and databases Achieve agreed personal targets related to call handling and other relevant metrics Compliance and audit administration:
Assist in the administration of compliance and audit activities for the contractEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesCRM support:
To ensure records are accurately updated on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemWeekly checks to support the Monthly submission to Work Wise Surrey County councilAd hoc duties:
Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the Work Wise contract, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the program.
Administrative support:
Offer unwavering administrative support across diverse projects, using best practices to drive successEfficiently manage IT equipment for new team members and facilitate the smooth return of equipment from departing staffWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship StandardYou will be assigned a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basisThere will be workshops that you need to attend remotely via Zoom In-house training will be given to support specifics of the roleDesired skills and personal qualities:
