Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) et Financier(ère) pour un stage d'une durée de 4 à 6 mois.Vous serez en charge de diverses tâches administratives, financières, sociales, juridiques, et d'exploitation, afin de soutenir la direction dans la gestion quotidienne de l'entreprise.QUI SOMMES-NOUS ? :

Gestion Administrative :
• Assurer le traitement du courrier entrant et sortant.- Organiser et maintenir les dossiers administratifs à jour.- Préparer des documents, des rapports et des présentations.Gestion Financière :
• Participer à la saisie des opérations comptables quotidiennes.- Suivre les factures clients et fournisseurs, ainsi que les paiements.- Aider à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières.- Contribuer à la préparation des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.Gestion Sociale et Juridique :
• Aider à la gestion des déclarations sociales et des documents juridiques.- Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers juridiques en cours.- Suivi des contrats de travail et des obligations légales.- Assister à la préparation des fiches de paie et des déclarations sociales.Gestion d'Exploitation :
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance de l'entreprise.- Participer au suivi des contrats commerciaux et des relations avec les partenaires.- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'exploitation.Profil recherché :
• Diplôme en gestion, comptabilité, administration, droit, finance ou domaine similaire- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire est un atout.- Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail.- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
