Chain of Events, the organizer of Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) and RAISE, is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for a six-month internship, to join our dynamic and diverse international team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting two premier events:

• PBW:
  A leading gathering for experts in Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto.
• RAISE:
  An exclusive, cross-industry summit designed for leaders aiming to drive AI innovation across various sectors.

Chain Of Events is a Paris-based company founded to organise Paris Blockchain Week (10,000+ attendees, 300+ sponsors, 500+ speakers, 400+ journalists and media). Ideal candidate profile:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales processes and operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in data analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management:
  Support the maintenance and updating of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Sales Reporting:
  Help generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to sales teams and leadership.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the sales team's goals.
• Sales Enablement:
  Assist in the creation and distribution of sales tools and resources, such as presentations, product sheets, and training materials.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies, goals, and performance.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide general administrative assistance to the sales operations team, including scheduling meetings and organizing resources.

MUST HAVE Requirements:

• A learning agreement (Convention de Stage) from your University.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with a strong interest in Events
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Communication Skills:
  Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring accuracy in sales reports and documentation.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to Learn:
  Open to developing new skills and expanding knowledge of sales operations and business processes.
