Votre activité consiste à être : Référent de la vision métier au sein des équipes agiles :
En Interaction avec les équipes agiles pour une bonne compréhension du besoin métier :
Participer à la recette des éléments métiers produits par l'équipe agile :
Compétences outils : Jira, Trello.
Compétences méthodologie de travail : Agile Scrum, Kanban ou SaFe.
Compétences humaines (soft skills) : Ecoute, Dynamisme et curiosité, Rigueur et précision, Sens de l'organisation, Sens des priorités, Prise d'initiative, Très bon état d'esprit, Bonne faculté d'analyse et de synthèse, Savoir se remettre en question pour faire progresser l'équipe, Forte autonomie.
