Nous recrutons actuellement un Trésorier H/F en CDI pour rejoindre notre siège social, situé dans le 8e arrondissement de Paris.
Nos bureaux, situés sur une rue adjacente de la magnifique avenue des Champs-Elysées, proposent de vous accueillir dans un cadre moderne et convivial.
Le trésorier est le garant de la liquidité quotidienne des comptes bancaires des entités juridiques (« les Entités ») qui composent le groupe Bridge. Il gère, anticipe et sécurise les flux de trésorerie (entrées et sorties d'argent) des Entités. Il assure la couverture des besoins financiers des Entités.
Trésorerie quotidienne et relation bancaire :
Gérer le quotidien (intégration des écritures dans l'outil, contrôle, rapprochement, équilibrage et reporting)
Au quotidien, établir et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les partenaires bancaires
Rationaliser le nombre de compte bancaires
Administration de l'outil de trésorerie (cash et debt management) :
Support technique de premier niveau
S'assurer de la mise en place des bonnes interfaces entre les systèmes Groupe (finance, métiers)
S'assurer de la mise jour de l'administratif bancaire (KYC)
S'assurer de la mise à jour des pouvoirs bancaires matérialisés et dématérialisés
Gestion des risques :
Engagements financiers :
~ Prévision de trésorerie
Etablir, gérer un prévisionnel de trésorerie consolidé à moyen terme
Reporter mensuellement au DAF l'actualisation des données avec une analyse précise des écarts constatés (réalisés vs prévisions)
S'assurer du respect des engagements financiers
Mode projet :
~ Mettre à jour la cartographie de l'organisation financière en proposant les optimisations à prévoir (systèmes, flux, interfaces, procédures.)
~ Optimiser la centralisation de trésorerie actuelle en mettant en place des conventions de trésorerie avec chaque filiale
~ Être force de proposition et accompagner les services financiers et métiers sur la conduite du changement
Expérience confirmée de plus de 5 années dans une structure avec environnement multi sociétés et multi banques et multi comptes
Compréhension et pratique des enjeux comptables et juridiques
Maitrise parfaite des outils informatiques (dont excel), de l'administration des systèmes de gestion de trésorerie et du traitement des bases de données
Autonome, rigoureux et organisé
