Pourquoi ont-ils besoin de toi ? Notre partenaire recherche un expert pour maximiser la performance de ses hôtels en pilotant des stratégies tarifaires innovantes. Ta contribution sera essentielle pour atteindre des résultats exceptionnels.
Le Poste Missions principales :
Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies tarifaires adaptées à chaque établissement.
Analyser les performances et proposer des solutions pour améliorer les résultats.
Gérer la distribution sur les canaux de réservation.
Animer des réunions Yield et former les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
Profil Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée en Revenue Management, idéalement multi-hôtels.
Formation Bac+3 minimum avec une maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils spécifiques du secteur.
Autonomie, rigueur et aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
Permis B requis pour des déplacements occasionnels.
