En tant que Group Head of BMS & Quality Audit, votre mission sera de :
• Imposer votre leadership en encadrant et inspirant une équipe de managers (4 managers, environ 30 collaborateurs) pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux dans un cadre structuré et innovant.
• Défendre la vision Groupe en veillant à la cohérence des stratégies et en adoptant une posture corporate affirmée.
• Piloter et améliorer le Business Management System (BMS) de l'entreprise à l'échelle Groupe, avec une démarche proactive d'optimisation des processus et de certification.
• Assurer la conformité et la certification qualité avec des audits de certification et des assessments rigoureux.
• Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et des standards de qualité internationaux.
• Modéliser et digitaliser les processus avec des technologies avancées, dont l'IA, pour une standardisation et une efficacité accrues.
• ️ Voyager régulièrement pour représenter l'entreprise et assurer une présence auprès des entités internationales.
Formation :
Bac+5 minimum, avec 15 à 20 ans d'expérience dans le management de la qualité et une expérience en management de managers.
Langues :
Anglais professionnel niveau C1 minimum, pour échanger dans un environnement multiculturel.
Compétences techniques :
Connaissance approfondie des normes EN9100 et des outils de qualité.
Leadership fort :
Capacité à prendre des initiatives, à sortir de votre scope, et à mener avec vision et conviction.
Sens stratégique :
Aptitude à structurer et diriger une organisation dans un environnement complexe et en constante évolution.
