Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert. e. s, cadres et dirigeant. e. s, recherche pour son client, leader mondial dans son domaine, un Responsable d'Equipe H/F, pour un CDI à 20 minutes au Nord de Rouen.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable de production, vous êtes chargé (e) de piloter, d'animer, de planifier le fonctionnement d'une équipe d'opérateurs de production (15 personnes).
A ce titre, vous organisez la gestion de votre équipe (analyse performance, suivi indicateurs).
Vous assurez l'ordonnancement et faites respecter les OF afin de garantir les priorités au sein du secteur.
Vous garantissez l'application des procédures QSE.
Vous garantissez l'adéquation entre charge et capacité (absences, urgences. ).
Vous veillez à la formation du personnel placé, suivez l'évolution de vos collaborateurs (entretiens individuels, formations, accueil…) Profil : Profil recherché Vous êtes titulaire d'au minimum un BAC+2 plasturgie/matériaux composites et vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 3 ans en management d'équipe en production idéalement au sein d'un atelier industriel en injection plastique.
Vous possédez des savoir-faire reconnus dans ce domaine technique afin de piloter au quotidien votre équipe.
Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance dans le secteur et d'une aptitude significative dans le management.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se) afin de respecter les délais impartis et de satisfaire les exigences du milieu.
