, precisa incorporar un/a Consultor/a Comercial de Tecnología de Sistemas de Seguridad en Alicante:
Funciones:
• Planificar la actividad comercial de su competencia en coordinación con la Dirección Comercial de Tecnología, la Gerencia de Tecnología y la actividad comercial de la zona.
• Realizar prospección comercial con el objetivo de concertar y realizar visitas comerciales.
• Visitar clientes, identificar sus necesidades y elaborar la propuesta más adecuada para cada cliente en colaboración con el ingeniero de proyectos.
• Realizar el seguimiento de clientes prospectados.
• Elaborar y presentar las ofertas al cliente en colaboración, si procede, del ingeniero de proyectos.
• Promover la fidelización de los clientes captados.
• Coordinar con el gestor de clientes y el responsable operativo el traspaso de información comercial para la puesta en marcha de la instalación o el mantenimiento.
• Atender, registrar y resolver las incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir.
• Registrar la actividad comercial realizada en los sistemas de la Compañía.
Requisitos mínimosConocimientos:
Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas de seguridad, electrónicos o de IT; Ofimática a nivel usuario.
Experiencia:
Gestión comercial.
Otros:
Carné de conducir; Residir en Alicante.
Requisitos deseadosEstudios:
Ingeniería técnica o superior (electrónica, electricidad, industrial, informática, telecomunicaciones,.
); Ciclos formativos relativos a electricidad / electrónica o similares.
Conocimientos:
Gestión comercial; Inglés.
Gestión comercial en el ámbito tecnológico (sistemas de seguridad, sistemas electrónicos, IT, etc.
