Consolidado grupo empresarial, formado por unos 400 trabajadores y dedicado a actividades vinculadas al sector de la construcción y al de los servicios, precisa incorporar, para su sede en Barcelona o Lleida:
Responsable Área Licitaciones - Servicios urbanos medioambientales.
Reportando a Dirección de Obras y Servicios, y supervisando un equipo de 4 personas,realizará las siguientes funciones:
Coordinación de la ejecución de las ofertas técnicas en el ámbito de residuos urbanos.Control y supervisión del tiempo de preparación de las ofertas y su presentación.Coordinación de los equipos de trabajo multidepartamentales y entre empresas.Lectura comprensiva de los pliegos de licitación.Realización de los estudios económicos.Definir la estrategia de la oferta.Supervisión del dimensionamiento del servicio y redacción de la oferta técnica.Conocimiento de la dinámica y cambios continuos del sector.Requisitos del puesto:
Formación académica:
Ingeniería Técnica o Superior, Licenciado/Grado en Ciencias Ambientales o similar.Idiomas:
Catalán alto entendido y escrito.
Valorable Inglés B2.Informática:
Uso avanzado de herramientas informáticas Office.
Valorables conocimientos y/o manejo de GIS.Experiencia laboral mínima de 2 años como jefe o coordinador de estudios en el ámbito de residuos urbanos (recogida de residuos, limpieza viaria, mantenimiento de zonas verdes, plantas de tratamiento de residuos).Competencias:
Persona proactiva con iniciativa.
Capacidad de planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo.Se ofrece:
