Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research on companies, individuals, products, and other entities.

Add data, such as common names and identifiers, to our entity knowledge-graph.

Utilize Raven Pack's proprietary NLP software to identify and detect entities in text.

Perform quality control on data entries made by the team.

Address and resolve misdetections reported by clients in a detailed and organized manner.

Effectively prioritize and manage workload while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: Strong analytical thinking skills to investigate complex issues and identify cause-and-effect relationships.

Ability to develop solutions and deepen understanding of various topics.

Proficient in web searching and sourcing information, including Boolean search techniques.

Familiarity with web and social media applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Clear and effective communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Desired Skills: Knowledge of project management, planning, and time management.

Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

Ability to identify needs and propose process improvements.

Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence platforms.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms.

Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product development.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

High interest in current world affairs.

Experience: Ability to identify project scope and deliverables.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Flexible and adaptable to different environments.

Experience working in a problem-solving environment that demonstrates teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Technical competence with various software programs, including G-Suite, Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
