At Ethikos, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in Spain and France.
As a Sales Banking Manager, you will be responsible for increasing overall sales and undertaking sales and marketing activities to generate business and retain clients and intermediaries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, a relevant network with big companies, and a strong understanding of investments, trust, and credit.
You will be able to act as a market builder, consult and prioritize client needs, and demonstrate strong leadership, social, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining ambitious sales plans, business development of consulting projects in financial institutions, and collaborating with local and international colleagues to cross-sell Inbonis services.
You will also be responsible for closing sales in accordance with targets and creating growth strategies to achieve key business objectives.
