Securitas Seguridad España S.A., precisa incorporar un/a Especialista en Retención y Fidelización de Clientes B2B en Madrid:
Funciones:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias que impulsen la satisfacción, fidelización y retención de clientes.
Diseñar e implementar un programa de fidelización y retención de clientes enfocados en PYMEs.
Definir un objetivo y construir CdM, que analice datos e identifique patrones para minimizar los puntos de fuga.
Utilizar valorar y evolucionar las herramientas corporativas de interacción con cliente.
Liderar planes de comunicación que promuevan la fidelización.
Definir el proceso de la incorporación de nuevos clientes.
Cualquier otra función derivada de su responsabilidad.
Requisitos mínimos Estudios:
Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior.
Conocimientos:
Nivel alto de Microsoft Office, especialmente en Excel.
Conocimientos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente y desarrollar estrategias basadas en datos.
Experiencia:
Experiencia demostrable en un rol similar en empresa de Servicios, preferentemente en el entorno B2B segmento PyME.
Otros:
Residir en Madrid.
Requisitos deseados Estudios:
Titulación de Grado.
Certificación en Customer Success Management o Marketing Relacional.
Idiomas, se valorará el conocimiento del inglés.
Experiencia previa en consultoría o en industrias tecnológicas B2B.
Experiencia en la implementación de estrategias de Customer Experience (CX).
Se valorará certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
