El área de Customers Operations es quizás el área más transversal de Cabify, teniendo que trabajar con todos los departamentos, lo que garantiza mucho aprendizaje, desafíos y diversión.
Misión del puesto:
Recopilar, analizar y presentar datos operativos que permitan identificar problemas y áreas de mejora así como proponer soluciones en el área de atención al cliente.
¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?Recopilando, analizando y presentando datos operativos para identificar problemas y áreas de mejora.
Colaborando con equipos de forma transversal para comprender los procedimientos de atención y proponer soluciones que permitan entregar una mejor experiencia a los clientes.
Participando en la implementación de iniciativas de mejora, realizando análisis de causa raíz así como seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
Identificando tendencias y patrones a partir de datos operativos para anticipar problemas potenciales y recomendar acciones preventivas.
Contribuyendo al desarrollo y mantenimiento de los procedimientos de atención.
Requisitos:
Educación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o afines.
Conocimientos sólidos en análisis estadístico, herramientas de visualización de datos y bases de datos.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos.
Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como Excel, SQL, Python, R, o herramientas de Business Intelligence.
Capacidad para comunicar de manera efectiva resultados complejos a diferentes audiencias.
Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Interés en la mejora continua y disposición para aprender nuevas metodologías y herramientas.
Conocimiento en Google Sheets o Excel.
Conocimiento en Tableau o Power BI.
