Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of hygiene, health, and nutrition products trusted by people worldwide. As a customer support agent, you will handle inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional and skillful manner. You will analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions, providing an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media. You will also develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client and embody our company values as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

A high level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
High level of English (both written and spoken)
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving

Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

Start date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
Full-time (39 hours/week)
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and one short day
Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
Working from home: Anywhere from Spain
Training: 2 weeks of training from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
