Digital Sales Supervisor EMEAThis role has been designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & managementSupervise a group of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for working with Partners and Partner Business Managers via telephone for the purpose of selling HPEFS Portfolio Focus on driving key Channel business orders and forecasting with our HPEFS teams and with our Proactive Partners for the Growth SegmentResponsible for the supervision of sales related activities and resources needed to facilitate the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan.
Work closely with the Digital EMEA Sales Manager, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes.
Works cross-functionally with Inside Sales Managers to assist with business plan development As dictated by the Growth segment direction, will be responsible for driving outbound marketing campaigns, installed base initiatives, demo seed unit program, and additional projects as required by sales organizations.
Responsible for employee career development, compensation, performance goals, monitoring and coaching, training, and new hire developmentSales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all areas of responsibility.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and manage lead generation campaigns.
Performance & Metrics:
Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure the team's success.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Implement systems to monitor and enhance team productivity and efficiencyPartner Relationship Management:
Virtual Engagement:
Develop strategies for engaging customers through virtual channels, including video calls, webinars, and online demos.
Ensure the digital sales team delivers exceptional customer/partner service and maintains strong relationships.
Oversee the management of partners and customers and ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with Segment Leadership from tGrowth Segment and other departments to ensure alignment and support for the sales team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Represent the digital sales team in cross-functional meetings and projectsEducation and Experience Required:
Digital/Inside Sales Experience:
Significant experience in managing inside sales teams, preferably within a digital or technology-focused environment.
Proven track record in delivering business results from a sales or business development perspective.
Experience in working and the understanding of the HPEFS Asset Management businessExtensive experience in the area of sales, sales governance and successfully leading teams of sales professionals.
University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferredTypically 3+yrs Digital sales experienceAchieves financial results within a business levelFluent in English and in additional european languageKnowledge and Skills:
