Requisitos mínimos Formación:
Licenciatura o Grado valorable.
Experiencia:
Mínima de 3-5 años en gestión de empresas, gestión de servicios y responsabilidad en la cuenta de resultados.
Experiencia en la gestión de una cuenta de explotación.
Se valorará experiencia en los sectores de restauración, retail y hostelería.
Descripción del puesto Zona:

Dirección del grupo de empresas.
Responsabilidades principales:
Desarrollo de negocio:
Definir y ejecutar el plan de ventas para incrementar el negocio, siguiendo los criterios de servicio y rentabilidad.
Gestión operativa:
Establecer directrices y coordinar las operaciones en la zona asignada.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio y márgenes establecidos.
Gestión de equipos:
Coordinar los equipos de las delegaciones, incluyendo contratación, capacitación, desarrollo y evaluación de desempeño.
Satisfacción del cliente:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y resolver cualquier problema de manera oportuna.
Cumplimiento normativo:
Asegurar que todas las operaciones cumplen con las regulaciones legales y de seguridad aplicables.
Habilidades requeridas Trabajo en equipo.

Integridad y honestidad.
Facilidad para expresión oral en público.
Pensamiento analítico.
Conocimiento de programas informáticos como Excel y ERPs.
