Actualmente, buscamos 2º Jefe/a de cocina con formación en hostelería para nuestro hotel de 4
• en Castelldefels SB Bcn Events.
En dependencia directa del Jefe de Cocina se encargará de llevar un proyecto de cocina multidisciplinar, encargada de dar servicio a restaurante, room service y eventos.
Buscamos una persona con alta vocación por la cocina, conocimiento de la cocina tradicional con un estilo actual y que posea experiencia en gestión de equipos.
Imprescindible estar familiarizado con métodos de producción orientados al control exhaustivo de costes relacionados con la materia prima.
Cuáles serán tus funciones? .Colabora en la supervisión del seguimiento de las Buenas Prácticas Higiénicas por parte del personal.
Asume las responsabilidades del Chef cuando este está ausente.
Planifica las tareas del personal de cocina y supervisa su trabajo.
Supervisa los encargos de aprovisionamiento para la cocina y controla su calidad, cantidad y correcto almacenamiento.
Instruye al personal de cocina en cuanto a las técnicas y los procedimientos necesarios para preparar y conservar los alimentos.
Prepara y cocina los platos de la oferta gastronómica.
Supervisa el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene laboral.
Cumplir las normas relacionadas con la gestión de residuos en las instalaciones.
Aportar ideas de mejora o identificación de no conformidades ambientales para mejorar el sistema de gestión.

-Experiencia de al menos 2-3 años en el sector y funciones similares en restaurantes gastronómicos.

• Residencia en provincia del puesto vacante.
