¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?: -Maquetación de portátiles para las nuevas incorporaciones -Soporte técnico de hardware de los equipos -Configuración y mantenimiento de software -Gestión de incidencias, solicitudes y tareas a través de la Service Now -Escalar incidencias complejas.
EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS: - 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar -Herramienta Service Now -Active Directory -Experiencia plataformando portátiles -Coche o moto propio (se paga kilometraje) INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL: -Horario flexible: Contrato de 40 horas semanales.
