Leading, managing and motivating a team of Quality AnalystsDelivering insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across the programActing as a primary point of contact between Quality Analysts and our Business PartnerAssuring the standards of consultative sales by monitoring quality results and progressSurfacing analytical insights to improve the experience of our advertisers with our team of digital expertsImplementing and driving quality process and structureResponsible for the delivery of quality metrics on monthly and quarterly basisMain requirements for the position:
Preferred 3+ years' experience in quality manager role or similar positionFluency and excellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to influence other departments using data-driven analysisProactivity and ability to think "outside the box"Good analytical skills and understanding of numbersGood understating of Business terminology and acronymsExcel and PowerPoint or Google suite skillsNetworking platform active userCan effectively present his department and the achievements externally and internallyEnergetic and natural leader who can lead and motivate a teamCan express complex matters with simple words to both technical and non-technical audiencesReadiness to work from the officeWhat we offer:
