• En remoto, contamos con oficinas en el centro de Barcelona, el equipo se reune una vez a la semana para hacer brainstorming y de dónde salen ideas top.
También podemos teletrabajar desde cualquier otro sitio de la UE.
¡Importante! hay que residir en la provincia Barcelona.
• Tenemos un horario flexible, siempre que no afecte a nuestras tareas podemos distribuir nuestra jornada de 40 horas "casi" como queramos de lunes a viernes de 8:

Requisitos mínimos¿Qué tienes tú que hará que brillemos juntxs? -La experiencia es un grado:
Necesitamos a alguien con al menos 2-3 años de experiencia como Community Manager y creación de contenidos.
• Conocimientos en planificación y elaboración de contenidos de valor para en RRSS:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Conocimiento y dominio de todos los formatos de post para la creación de contenido.
• Experiencia en gestión de grandes comunidades.
• Data! Un MUST en nuestro día a día, elaboración de reportes de métricas e informes diarios y mensuales de RRSS para la medición y análisis de KPI's.
• Dominio de plataformas de gestión y planificación de contenido (Agora, Metricool, Social Bakers.
).
• Update constante, estar enteradx de las tendencias del sector SM y RRSS en los diferentes mercados.
• Conocimiento y ¡buen gusto! con Canva, Photoshop y con conocimientos sobre la estética y composición en SM.
• COMUNICACIÓN, buscamos mentes despiertas y que practiquen la cultura de "SÍ" Sí a los cambios y ¡lanzarse a la piscina!Le añadimos un extra de purpurina si.
• Tienes interés por el sector de la psicología.
• Cuentas con buena capacidad de comunicar, dicen que es de las artes más difíciles.
• ¡Detallista!, no es lo mismo Comic Sans que Times New Roman ¡y lo sabes!#
