To be a best fit you will need:

Proven experience as an IT Talent Attraction Specialist or Talent sourcer.
Familiarity with IT roles or Non IT, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficient in LinkedIn and boolean search.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of English.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand their recruitment needs and profiles.
Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract IT talent and conduct resume reviews and initial screenings.
Candidate Engagement: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
ATS Management: Utilize and maintain our ATS to track candidate progress and streamline the recruitment process.
Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
