Auf dem Moorhof haben 16 erwachsene Menschen von jung bis alt ein idyllisches Zuhause gefunden.
Hier verbinden wir Assistenz für Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedarfen mit vielen kulturellen und sozialen Aktivitäten.
