Ihre Aufgaben
IT Sicherheitsbeauftragter
Stellvertretung Geldwäsche und Betrugsprävention (Zentrale Stelle) sowie Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz
Beratung der Fachbereiche im operativen Tagesgeschäft zum Themen Datenschutz, ESG und DORA
Bewertung der Auswirkungen der regulatorischen Änderungen
Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung interner Sicherungs- sowie Überwachungsmaßnahmen, Kontrollhandlungen
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Prüfungs- und Kontrollplans
Bearbeitung von behördlichen Auskunftsersuchen
Aktualisierung der schriftlich fixierten Ordnung
Compliance-Reporting: anlassbezogene Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung, Erstellen eines jährlichen Tätigkeitsberichtes
Sicherstellung von internen Schulungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Datenschutz, ESG, DORA
Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Konzern-Compliance-Abteilung und den zugehörigen Compliance-Stellen
Kontaktperson für Datenschutz, ESG und DORA Angelegenheiten insbesondere auch gegenüber Aufsichtsbehörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
Ihre Qualifikation
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften
Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Financial Services und Compliance / Audit / Legal
Gute Kenntnisse im Risiko-, Konflikt- sowie Change-Management
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über relevante wesentliche Rechtsgrundlagen
Sehr gute Präsentations- und Schulungstechniken
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interkulturelles Verständnis; Veränderungs-, Analyse-, Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung
