Deine Aufgaben
Ohrkunde: Du lernst alles über den Aufbau und die Funktion des Ohres.
Immer am Puls der Zeit: Arbeite mit den neuesten Hörgeräte- und Sound-Technologien und werde die erste Ansprechperson für das GEERS Hörerlebnis - unser Weg, Kund:innen zu begeistern.
Feinabstimmung: Du lernst, wie man Hörsysteme und Hörassistenzsysteme voreinstellt, feinjustiert und Ohrabformungen herstellt.
Hörtests und -messungen: Führe Hörtests und -messungen mit modernster Technik durch.
Kundenpflege: Betreue unsere Kund:innen als persönliche Ansprechperson vor Ort.
Dein Profil
Schulabschluss: Du hast mindestens einen Hauptschulabschluss.
Leidenschaft: Handwerk, Naturwissenschaften und neueste Technik begeistern dich.
Fingerspitzengefühl: Du gehst geschickt mit Menschen und handwerklichen Aufgaben um.
Teamplayer: Erfolgreiche Kundenberatung funktioniert bei uns nur im Team.
Hilfsbereitschaft: Von Jung bis Alt - du hilfst gern allen beim besten Hören.
Ideenreichtum: Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen ein.
Motivation: Du hast Lust, das GEERS Hörerlebnis kennenzulernen und für Kund:innen erlebbar zu machen.
Sprachkenntnisse: Für das beste Verständnis setzen wir Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem B2-Niveau voraus. Besonders für die Berufsschule ist es wichtig, damit du komplexe und abstrakte Themen verstehen und dich entsprechend verständigen kannst.
