Als Spezialist:
in im Team Process & Service Excellence bist du für die Konzeption und Koordination von Prozess- und Projektthemen sowie Prozess-Analytics im Underwriting-Vertriebs-Center verantwortlich.
Die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse treibst Du proaktiv voran und betrachtest sie dabei end-to-end aus Kunden- und Vertriebsperspektive
Übergreifende Themen und Anforderungen (z.B Projekt- und Innovations-/Marktthemen, aber auch Underwriting-spezifische Governance-Themen) hast du stets im Blick
Bei der Kommunikation und Vermarktung des Bereichs (wie z.B.
Intranet, Workplace, etc.) wirkst du aktiv mit
Im agilen Umfeld oder in Projekten hast Du bereits Erfahrungen gesammelt und Verantwortung übernommen
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power Point; Starke analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein spannendes Profil ab
