Sachbearbeitung bauvertragliche Angelegenheiten und Kalkulation (w/m/d)

Durchführung von Schulungen in den regionalen Geschäftsbereichen in Baukalkulation und Nachtragsbearbeitung
Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Studienrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Bauwirtschaft Diplom FH / Bachelor oder gleichwertiger Abschluss von ähnlich vergleichbaren Studienrichtungen / Fachrichtungen
Einstiegsamt der Laufbahngruppe 2 Fachrichtung Technische Dienste (ehemals gehobener bautechnischer Dienst) vorliegen
Baudurchführung, bei der Gestaltung und Abwicklung von Bauverträgen sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Nachträgen einschließlich Kalkulation von Baupreisen bzw.
der Preisprüfung) sind erforderlich
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
