Deine Aufgaben:
Strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung gemäß unserer IT-Strategie, die die Cloud Journey vorantreibt und das Microsoft Portfolio weiter konsequent ausbaut.
Einführung und Umsetzung der visionären Strategie in allen Bereichen der Abteilung.
Verantwortung über die Budget- und Investitionsplanung Deiner Abteilung.
Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in diesen Bereichen.
Sicherstellung des Betriebs der VTG IT-Systeme der VTG-Standorte.
Sicherung des Betriebs der Data Center und unserer Netzwerke sowie Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur.
Entwicklung von KPIs und Reporting an unseren CIO.
Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT Security Team zur Entwicklung einer höheren Sicherheit unserer Systemwelt.
Leitung der Abteilung mit ca. 20 MitarbeiterInnen in den Themen IT Security, Plattform, Infrastruktur und Service Desk.
Führung mit Herz und Verstand, Entscheidungen treffen und umsetzen sowie Richtungen vorgeben.
Partnerschaft mit dem Business, Entgegennahme von Eskalationen und Finden passender Lösungen.
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern.
Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik / Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine entsprechende Berufsausbildung.
Mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Informationstechnologie, Leitung und Management eines IT-Teams.
Tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Management der IT Security.
Fundierte Erfahrung im Workplace Management.
Tiefe Kenntnisse in gängigen IT-Systemen.
Eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Suche nach Herausforderungen.
Erfahrung mit ISMS, ISO27001 und ITIL-Zertifizierung.
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
