Renowned as the top provider in the industry, the company's diverse product portfolio includes commercial building video media, retail terminal video media, apartment elevator media (framed media), outdoor large-scale LED screens, and cinema advertising.

Position Overview:

The CEO for Germany will oversee the company's entire business operations in Germany from its base in Frankfurt. This role requires a seasoned executive with strong experience in media, digital solutions, or related industries, combined with expertise in real estate and property management. The CEO will lead business expansion, build strategic partnerships, and ensure market leadership while driving financial performance and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to maintain the company's leadership position in digital media solutions.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, especially in real estate and property management sectors, to expand market presence.

• Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of media solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.

• Market Development:

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate, property management, and commercial sectors.
• Leverage industry networks to position the company as the go-to media provider for commercial properties and real estate portfolios.

• Financial Oversight:

• Manage the full P&L for Germany, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
• Optimize cost structures while fostering sustainable revenue growth.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all functional areas.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

• Innovation and Digital Transformation:

• Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative media solutions tailored to client needs.

• Ensure business operations adhere to regulatory standards and corporate governance policies.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO, GM, or senior leadership role.
• Proven success in real estate, property management, media, or digital solutions industries.
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale operations with a focus on P&L responsibility.
• Expertise:
• Deep understanding of the German real estate and media landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with property management companies and real estate developers.
• Skills:
• Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and business development skills.
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in driving innovation and leading digital transformation.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Language:
• Fluency in German and English is required.
