Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Founders Associate Intern für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen und die Wachstum Operations voranzutreiben.
In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Unterstützung von Operations Strategies und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.
Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Dich erwartet ein Insur Tech Unternehmen, das sich auf den Schutz von Betrieben vor Cyber-Bedrohungen konzentriert. Das Startup bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus Versicherungsdienstleistung und Cyberschutz.
Sei verantwortlich für:
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und dem Führungsteam, um wichtige Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
Einzigartiges Training und Einblicke in ein dynamisches Start-up-Unternehmen und seine verschiedenen Abteilungen gewinnen, einschließlich des Vertriebs-, Produkt- und Betriebs Teams
Unterstützung wichtiger strategischer Projekte, um die Gesamtstrategien des Unternehmens für die Internationalisierung, die Markterweiterung und strategische Vertriebspartnerschaften mitzugestalten
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen interdisziplinären Stakeholdern und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationsmaterialien
Due-Diligence, Wettbewerb- und Marktanalyse
Dein Profil
Erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, z. B. in einem Technologieunternehmen, B2B, einem Start-up, einer Beratungsfirma oder Ähnlichem
Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Multi-Stakeholder Projekten
Begeistert, in einem Startup-Umfeld hands-on zu arbeiten und mehr über InsurTech, Cyberversicherung und Cybersicherheit zu erfahren
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie eine strategische und analytische Denkweise
Zuverlässige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und selbstbewusst, mit verschiedenen Interessensgruppen auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Englisch ist ein Plus!
Bitte beachte, dass wir Unterstützung im Berliner Büro unseres Portfoliounternehmens suchen. Die Berechtigung, innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
