Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (Nachtwache) Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst Einsätze in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege.
Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kunden und deren Angehörigen.
Du führst Bedarfsabklärungen mit RAI-HC bei den Bewohnenden durch.
Du erstellst Pflegedokumentationen und die individuelle Pflegeplanung.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung während der Nacht.
Das bringst du mit Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege bzw. Spitexbereich von Vorteil.
Du bist belastbar, flexibel und selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnt.
Du hast Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen.
Du arbeitest gerne in einem Team.
