Zudem überwachst du alle Termine der Warenlieferungen.
• Täglich stehst du mit Kund:
innen, Zollbehörden und Lieferant:
innen in Kontakt.
Daher beantwortest du Anfragen kompetent und leistest deinen Beitrag zur Förderung zu guten Kundenbeziehungen.
• Mit unseren internationalen Niederlassungen und unterschiedlichen Partner:
innen tauschst du dich täglich aus und stellst so eine enge Zusammenarbeit sicher.
• Weitere Tätigkeiten wie die Disposition der LKW's, Eindeckung der Transportversicherung und Anlegung von Sendungs- und Frachtdossiers gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Alltag.
Das bringst du mit - Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Grundausbildung in der Spedition oder du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich sammeln.
• Gute Kenntnisse des Zollwesens erleichtern dir den Einstieg in diese Funktion.
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine genaue sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung aus.
• Als Teamplayer:

• Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
