Aufgaben:
Fachärztliche allgemeinmeidizinisch-internistische Mitbetreuung der stationären Patienten in der neurologischen und muskuloskelettalen Rehabilitation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Leitenden Ärzten und dem Chefarzt sowie unseren klinischen Fachspezialistinnen Durchführung und Koordination der internistischen Diagnostik und Therapie bei den zumeist älteren und häufig polymorbiden Patienten in der stationären Rehabilitation auf Veranlassung der Leitenden Ärzte bzw.
des Chefarztes Durchführung von Kurvenvisiten bei allen Patienten in der stationären Rehabilitation zur Überprüfung und Anpassung der internisitischen Medikation bzw.
zur Früherkennung von potenziellen internisitischen Komplikationen Ärztlicher Ansprechpartner für allgemeinmedizinische und internistische Fragen seitens der Pflege und der Therapien Einbringen allgmein-medizinisch-internistischer Aspekte in den Rehabilitationsprozess Bei Bedarf Übernahme von Eintrittsunterschungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zuweisenden und nachbehandelnden Ärzten und Spitälern Voraussetzungen:
Fachärztin/-arzt für AIM Erfahrung in der Rehabilitationsmedizin und/oder Geriatrie von Vorteil Ein Zertifikat in Abdomensonographie ist wünschenswert Kreative, teamfähige, umsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Persönlichkeit Kompetenz, die interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit weiterzuentwickeln Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise Wir bieten:
