Deine Hauptaufgaben:
Das Erlernen und anschliessende eigenständige Durchführen der pflegerischen und betreuerischen Aufgaben für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten.
Das Erlernen des Pflegeprozesses, die Erstellung eines Pflegeplans sowie die zielorientierte Durchführung von Pflegemassnahmen unter professioneller Anleitung.
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitsausweis oder Mittelschulabschluss oder Einen FaGe-Lehrabschluss (für die verkürzte Ausbildung von 2 Jahren) Ein bestandenes Eignungsverfahren bspw.
am Bildungszentrum Höhere Fachschule Gesundheit und Soziales Aarau (Start des Eignungsverfahrens ist auch bereits während des Bewerbungsprozesses möglich) Ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit sowie eine gute Beobachtungs- und Reflexionsfähigkeit Das bieten wir dir:
