As part of Eaglecom's Media and Analytics department, the Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in helping our team and our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing, organizing, verifying and reconciling datasets
• Performing validation and quality control checks
• Producing ongoing and as needed analysis to assess media performance
• Writing client ready reports and documents
• Liaising internally and externally to ensure and maximize team operational accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the department
• Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and double-checking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
