À titre de conseiller (ère) aux opérations et formateur (trice), votre rôle est de fournir un encadrement, une rétroaction et un soutien à l'équipe des propriétaires opérateurs certifiés afin d'assurer un niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle parmi les meilleurs du secteur.
Responsabilités :
Accompagner les propriétaires opérateurs certifiés lors de la réalisation de leur travail au sein des clients du bureau attitré;
Transmettre des compétences techniques en matière d'entretien ménager, travaux de décapage/cirage, nettoyage de tapis etc.;
Travail sur la route afin de rencontrer des clients et des opérateurs certifiés à divers endroits dans un territoire désignés;
Assurer que les normes de l'entreprise sont respectées chez le client;
Vous aurez un œil pour les détails et la capacité de repérer les possibilités de services supplémentaires.
Profil recherché :
De fortes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et négociation sont requises;
Compétences en matière de communication et d'organisation;
Une expérience de l'entretien ménager commercial est un atout;
Maîtrise de l'anglais, un atout;
Permis de conduire valide.
Horaire du mardi au samedi de 13h à 21 h variable, le samdi de 10h à 18h.
