Located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, the Château Sainte-Marie residence is happy to welcome a golden clientele, autonomous or losing their autonomy.
We are currently looking for the rare pearl to fill a full-time maintenance assistant position.
The person must be quite versatile: laying floors, painting, installing toilets, plastering, etc. Repairs and maintenance of our residents' apartments.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with 1 weekend out of 2 on call
Salary: $21.25/hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
Provide a high level of customer service
Construction
Be available to respond to emergencies
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintain property areas and systems
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
