Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste en Marketing de Performance polyvalent(e) capable d'implémenter et d'optimiser des campagnes à travers une gamme d'outils et de canaux, tant numériques que traditionnels.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation des campagnes pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux tout en respectant les budgets pour chaque ligne de services.
Responsabilités
Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser des campagnes marketing multicanal (numérique et traditionnel) pour maximiser la performance et le retour sur investissement.
Utiliser les plateformes publicitaires numériques (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) ainsi que des canaux traditionnels (imprimés, publicités radio/télévision, événements) pour atteindre les audiences cibles.
Évaluer et ajuster les campagnes en fonction des performances pour chaque canal et segment de clientèle, en veillant à la rentabilité et à la cohérence des messages.
Assurer la planification et la gestion du budget marketing pour chaque campagne, en adaptant les ressources entre les outils numériques et traditionnels.
Analyser les résultats des campagnes avec des outils comme Google Analytics, SEMrush, ainsi que les données de campagnes traditionnelles pour des ajustements continus.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes créatives pour adapter les visuels et messages selon les exigences spécifiques de chaque canal.
Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances en marketing numérique et traditionnel pour développer des stratégies innovantes et percutantes.
Expérience éprouvée dans la gestion de campagnes marketing numériques et traditionnelles
Excellente maîtrise des outils de publicité numérique (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) et des outils d'analyse de performance (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Bonne connaissance des canaux traditionnels tels que la publicité imprimée, la radio, la télévision, et l'organisation d'événements.
Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
Maîtrise de la gestion de budget marketing, avec une capacité à optimiser les dépenses selon les retours des différents canaux.
Forte capacité d'organisation et d'adaptabilité pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique et centré sur les résultats.
