En tant que chargé de projet, vous aurez comme mandat principal de planifier l'organisation et l'avancement de projets vous étant confiés tout en s'assurant que ceux-ci respectent les délais, le budget et la portée. Plus précisément, vous aurez à :
Participer au développement des affaires en collaborant aux processus de soumission ;
Définir les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation du projet ;
Gérer les aspects opérationnels quotidiens d'un projet et sa portée, y compris le budget du projet ;
Gérer les comptes et s'assurer la satisfaction de clientèle ;
Superviser une équipe de projet ;
Définir les priorités de travail et gérer les ressources affectées ;
Suivre l'échéancier et les livrables ;
Assurer le suivi de l'avancement aux parties prenantes du projet ;
Gérer les avis de modifications sur les contrats et faire le suivi auprès des intervenants impliqués ;
Fournir du soutien technique et la documentation du projet ;
Résoudre les différentes problématiques qui peuvent survenir en cours de réalisation de projet avec son équipe ;
Fournir un environnement collaboratif pour favoriser les meilleures décisions ;
Assurer le suivi du processus de facturation et de fin de projet ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Détenir un baccalauréat en génie ou une formation technique avec expérience pertinente ;
Formation en gestion de projet ou toute autre formation équivalente (atout) ;
3 à 5 ans en gestion de projet dans le milieu industriel ;
Expérience dans des projets d'automatisation ou de sécurité machine (atout) ;
Détenir un permis de conduire valide ;
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec ;
Être à l'aise avec la suite Office ;
Être à l'aise avec les outils Microsoft (SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project) (atout) ;
Être à l'aise avec les systèmes de type ERP et avec l'analyse de rapports ;
Faire preuve d'autonomie ;
Aptitude en communication ;
Avoir de l'entregent et un bon esprit d'équipe ;
Faire preuve de leadership et d'initiative ;
Sens de l'organisation ;
Habileté en planification ;
Faire preuve d'ingéniosité ;
Sens des responsabilités ;
Être capable de travailler efficacement sous pression.
